The Duke is a tribute to modern performance coupled with a classic, retro design. An upgrade to the award-winning Trackmaster, the Duke features waxed full grain Tuscan leathers, a full minimalist rand, and Zamberlan's lightest and extremely capable Vibram Starlite outsole. Use the Duke for year-round backpacking, hiking, and general outdoor use whether on-trail or off.
Features include:
▪ Very rich, waxed full-grain Tuscan leather uppers are crafted in a one-piece design for a performance as reliable as they are rustically beautiful
▪ The one-piece upper all but eliminates the chance for leaking, snagging, or other issues caused by stitching for years of use with care
▪ Full, yet minimalist rubber rands encircle the boot and help extend the life of the uppers by protecting the wearer against rocks and other debris
▪ Gore-Tex Performance Comfort membranes allow for maximum breathability with guaranteed waterproof protection for the life of the boot
▪ Exclusive Zamberlan Vibram StarLite outsoles offer the same excellent grip and traction as our famed backcountry models using the StarTrek outsole system
▪ Soft fabric collars offer great padding for the ankles, while granting extreme strength and resistance to outside debris. Microtex lining on the inside of the collar wicks moisture and prevents abrasion to the ankle and achilles
▪ EVA midsoles are very lightweight and add to the lightweight performance of the boot's construction
