it is perfect for home training - with it you will strengthen your muscles, improve your condition or get rid of unnecessary kilograms.

The barbell is one of the most popular devices used for strength training. No wonder - all parts of the body can be engaged when exercising with the bar. If you are focused on strengthening the the arms, abdomen, shoulder girdle and back, you can do so-called deadlift, which is lifting a weight off the floor. However, to engage the lower muscles, such as biceps and quadriceps thighs, calves and glutes, squats with barbell are ideal. Spokey OMNI is a complete set with which you can adjust the weight of loads to your needs or the current form.

A barbell designed for home training
Spokey OMNI barbell is a sports equipment that will increase the level and quality of your home training. Thanks to exercises with a load, you will achieve the results you want - you will strengthen your muscles, improve your condition or get rid of unnecessary kilograms. Importantly, you can easily add or remove plates to adjust the weight of the barbell to your training goals and individual needs. Applying them to the bar is extremely quick and intuitive.

When you buy Spokey OMNI, you get a set that consists of:

a bar made of steel covered with rubber,
2 clamps,
6 loads (plates): 2x 1,25 kg, 2x 2,5 kg, 2x 5 kg

Stable mounting of the discs
The Spokey OMNI barbell bar is made of steel and covered with a non-slip structure, which increases the comfort of training and provides a firm grip, so that it does not slip out of the hands during exercise. It is enough to place the loads on its ends and then lock them with specially prepared clamps. The bar mounted in this way is perfectly secured, and the weights remain stable and do not slide off the bar.
The set of Spokey OMNI barbells includes as many as 6 discs made of steel covered with rubber in various colors, which translates into their durability and high resistance to damage. Moreover, it provides additional protection against possible abrasions to the surface on which the exercises are performed, for example the floor.
