The HEATKILLER® IV VGA series is the result of 15 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high performance water coolers. Only the best of the predecessor generations was merged with the HEATKILLER® IV VGA series into an even more powerful water cooler.
In the area of the GPU, the cooling structure was taken over by the successful HEATKILLER® GPU-X³ series and supplemented by the central flow already known from the HEATKILLER® GPU-X² series. In addition, some optimizations were made. Together with the particularly finely slotted microstructure and the low residual soil strength, even better cooling results are possible. The improved flow and large-volume channels also improved the flow.
Secondary components not only cool the graphics memory and the immediate voltage transformers. With the largest base plate we've ever made for a single GPU card, and weighing in at 800 grams of pure electrolytic copper, the entire board is covered. It does not only stylishly close the radiator on the edges and is a visual highlight. This way you can really cool all secondary components of the board provided by Nvidia: this includes the MOSFETs and coils of the voltage transformers as well as various small components of the power supply. As a result, a constant power supply under load is ensured, which allows better overclocking results.
Thanks to the pre-installed RGB LED strips, this cooler can be perfectly integrated into the lighting concept of a modern PC. Due to the universal connection, the LED strip is compatible with all motherboard controls (RGB LED from ASRock, to AURA from ASUS, to AORUS RGB FUSION from GIGABYTE as well as MYSTIC LIGHT from MSI), but also external third party controllers.
Insulating spacers make contact with the board. The assembly is kept very simple.
Only high quality materials, such as high-purity electrolytic copper or the original PLEXIGLAS® GS from EVONIK are used in the HEATKILLER® IV VGA series. The production takes place completely on a modern CNC machine park at the company location of Watercool in the north of Germany.
Tailored high-performance thermal pads for the voltage transformers (VRM) are already included. Also included in the scope of delivery are the mounting material and printed assembly instructions.
Suitable connectors are offered separately for the connection of several HEATKILLER® IV VGA water coolers. A backplate is also available separately.
