DD14 HMS is a multifunctional product that combines a pull-up bar with bars for push-ups and abdominal exercises. Depending on how the product is screwed to the wall, this will also be useful - a bar or a handrail.

Installation is very simple, so maneuvering between variants will be easy. The bar in conjunction with the handrails allows you to perform two strong exercises: pull-ups and push-ups on the handrails, i.e. dips. Training with a punching bag will be a great diversion in any sport, it is also an ideal form of cardio exercise.
