A particularly impressive feature of this electric saw is its engageable turbo function: This function controls the pendulum/stroke motion of the saw blade, allowing you to work even faster. The PSA 18 LI cordless sabre saw even lets you delimb bushes and trees quickly and easily.

Compact, lightweight and powerful – the PSA 18 LI sabre saw

The compact and lightweight PSA 18 LI cordless sabre saw from Bosch is driven by a powerful 18 volt battery. The blade’s pendulum action also helps you to make fast progress in your sawing. The PSA 18 LI’s battery, available separately, is built with lithium-ion technology, meaning that it experiences neither any memory effect nor self discharge. The intelligent Syneon Chip also controls the perfect interaction between lithium-ion battery, powerful motor and robust gearbox. The practical SDS system also allows you to change the saw blades quickly, easily and without the need for additional tools.

Perfect for sawing close to edges

This cordless sabre saw can be used with all commercially available S-shank sabre saw blades, such as Bosch’s bi-metal saw blades. These are flexible and therefore allow you to work close to the edges of workpieces. The compact design and softgrip coverings on the housing ensure that you can work effortlessly and with complete control at all times. Thanks to the two-handed handle system, this sturdy sabre saw sits comfortably in your hand and is easy to control: One hand operates the accelerator switch on the main handle while the other supports the saw behind the hand protector on the shaft of the tool. This gives DIYers complete control over the tool at all times.
