Smart Home light control: Makes existing light switches smart
Your smart light switches look completely ordinary. But there’s something no one can see: Behind the ordinary-looking switch is the Bosch Smart Home light control. This means that you can also control your light via app, voice command, switch, and much more – for more convenience, sustainability and safety.

Flexible control of your lighting
With the Bosch Smart Home light control, you can make your existing lighting smart and control up to 2 switch circuits separately – via the normal switches, but also via app, voice command and many other options.

Versatile in use
Smart light switch? Or would you rather have smart controls for your shutters, Venetian blinds or sun blinds? The smart helper can do it all! You choose the purpose during installation – and you can also change it later if you need to.

Install out of sight
Your Smart Home adapts to suit your house: Simply integrate your light control behind existing switches, in junction boxes or even outdoors with the aid of waterproof installation boxes.

Operate your lights conveniently using your voice
With your Smart Home light control, you can control selected functions of your lighting conveniently using voice commands – with the voice assistants Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant or Siri:
“Hey Siri / Hey, Google / Alexa, switch on the light.”
With just one command, you can illuminate every room in your home with ease – while cooking, while at the dining table or from your sofa.

Control your lights however you like
You can continue to control your lights via the existing switches – but thanks to the Bosch Smart Home light control underneath, these are now smart light switches. This means that you can enjoy additional possibilities of controlling your lights, such as:

voice assistants
custom scenarios and automations
timers
or via app – at home as well as when you’re out

After installing the smart light control, you can continue to use the existing wall switches/buttons – without an additional adapter. No switch is needed if you wish to install it in a junction box.

Enjoy more safety and security
Smart lights don’t just make your home cosy and comfortable – they also make it safer and more secure.

Pre-configured services switch your lights on automatically in certain hazard situations.

A “motion light” reduces the risk of accidents in dark corners for you and your loved ones.
The “presence simulation” lights make your home look occupied at any time, scaring off any burglars.
In the “break-in protection alarm system”, an illuminated light alerts you of unwanted guests – and scares them off.
In the “fire safety alarm system”, smart lights are automatically switched on to illuminate escape routes.

Optimise your energy consumption
Don’t give the energy guzzlers a chance! Your smart light control continuously measures the energy consumption of the connected lighting.

This means that you can always keep an eye on your current energy consumption.

Our tip for saving energy: Try out our “Motion light” service or the timer function in the app, which switches off the lights automatically after a time defined by you – for example, when you have already left for work a while ago.

With child lock & smart protection measures
Do you have small children at home who like to play with light switches?

Thanks to the child lock function in the app, you can easily block your smart light switches from being operated manually.

In addition, the built-in device protection function for device temperature and overload provides additional safety and automatically switches off the device if necessary.
