This exercise works very strongly, first of all, on the quadriceps muscles, but also many accompanying muscles. While doing this exercise, all the muscles of the lower limbs will be felt, it is also necessary to tighten the abdominal muscles strongly. It is also a great job on hip flexors.
LSS01 is a bench made of the highest quality materials, thanks to which it is very stable and durable. Thanks to additional supports, it allows you to perform deep push-ups and Swedish push-ups. Transport wheels in conjunction with a special handle will make it easier to arrange the bench in a convenient place. Adjusting the height of the support will allow you to adjust the equipment to the user's height. Both the calf rest and the tibia blocking rollers are made of a soft sponge and the base is non-slip for maximum safety.
The LSS01 bench allows you to perform a full squat, up to the maximum bend of the knees, thus a very strong stretching of the quadriceps muscle. In the phase of getting up, almost all the weight is placed on the quadriceps, and more precisely on its lower part. This allows you to significantly expand the muscles of the legs and shape them. The exercise is available in two versions, the first is easier when, by bending the legs, we bring the buttocks as close as possible to the bench cushion. The second, much more difficult, when we perform bending only in the knees, but in the hip joint there is no bending, we try to bring the shoulders as close to the ground as possible, the so-called Matrix.
