STAY GOOD
Thanks to the multifunctional bench, you can take care of your condition by performing various exercises for the upper body. The bench has been designed to offer as many exercises as possible. On the bench, you will perform exercises developing the muscles of the hands, arms, back and abdomen.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE EXERCISE BENCH
The backrest angle of the bench can be adjusted in 4 positions , which allows you to perform exercises that stimulate the muscles of the entire chest (straight bench and 3 degrees of the oblique bench). In addition, the seat can also be adjusted (2 levels of adjustment), which will allow you to develop your training even more. In addition, thanks to it, you can adjust the inclination for abdominal exercises.
LEG LOCK
The bench has a special element that blocks the legs during exercise , you can easily disassemble it, just remove the pin and slide the lock out of the frame rack.
FEET
The legs of the bench are finished with special feet that protect the floor from damage and prevent it from moving during training.
ABDOMINAL MUSCLES EXERCISE
The bench is ideal for strengthening and modeling straight and oblique abdominal muscles . Adjustable height will allow you to adjust the intensity of training and soft leg protection will ensure comfort during exercise.
By changing the height of the foot , you will set the right angle for the exercise. A more inclined position will engage the muscles more during the exercise, and setting a smaller angle will allow you to perform exercises with dumbbells.
