King Mod Service modified Zalman Z9 Black Neo Midi Tower Noise is an annoying by-product that is caused not only at the airport by planes taking off and in traffic by passing trucks. As a result, you have the choice of how much insulation you use to achieve an individual optimum of cooling and volume reduction.
When delivered, the Zalman Z9 Neo Midi Tower has been fitted with insulating mats at all mandatory locations to reduce component noise. These include the two side panels, the front, the rear floor and the lower back. Three more mats for the front part of the floor, the lid and the upper back are loosely in the housing. These are also tailored to fit and can be installed as needed.
All additional insulation mats are labeled, which in conjunction with an enclosed installation manual ensures trouble-free installation. The manual is specially tailored to the requirements of the Zalman Z9 Neo Midi Tower and explains in detail the installation, gives practical tips and explains the possibilities and insulation options.
Function: The insulating mats achieve a noise reduction via two effects. First, the soft material absorbs airborne vibrations. At the same time, the mats reduce self-propagating vibrations via the housing, above all by their own weight. Both together ensure that the outer sides of the case are hardly stimulated to vibrate. In addition, the built-in fans should be throttled with the built-in control.
Note:Please note that due to the insulating mats, the space inside the housing may be smaller. Under certain circumstances, the laying of cables behind the mainboard tray can only be limited in comparison to the uninsulated version.
