A dedicated side-discharge machine, the fast-working Alpina BL 450 is a great choice for informal areas where there’s no need to waste time bagging and disposing of grass clippings!
Instead they’re laid out in tidy rows to the machine’s right-hand side, where they’ll quickly rot down and wilt away.
The BL 450 has been equipped with a fuel-efficient 123cc STIGA OHV engine that produces a sizeable 2.5hp from a compact 123cc displacement; and which will prove easy to start, thanks to STIGA’s Autochoke system.
Very lightweight, the BL 450 is easy to push and can be guided safely and accurately around trees, ornaments and landscaping.
A steel cutter-deck provides a solid and durable platform for the rest of the machine; while a padded bail-arm ensures you’ll have a firm and comfortable grip at all times.
This 45cm model also features ball-bearing wheels for superior functionality and longevity; and a spring-loaded lever for effortless cutting-height adjustment through the three positions provided.
