Insomnia is undoubtedly a widespread problem throughout society. Excess activity and stress create a state of internal tension which often leads to a loss of sleep. This may affect both adults and children.
Cautions: Topical use. Avoid contact with your eyes and other sensitive areas. Keep out of the reach of children. Ask your doctor in case of pregnancy, during breastfeeding or when under any medical treatment. Some essential oils are sensitive to light, so don’t expose skin to the sun after use. Store in a cool (<25ºC), dry place away from direct light. Flammable.
Use: Perfume to be diluted in a carrier oil. Max. recommendation: 3% body use. It can also be used in baths (dissolved beforehand in some Shower Gel) and/or saunas or putting some drops on your pillow or adding them to a diffuser (10 drops). Do not use directly on the skin. Always use with a carrier vegetable oil (almonds, hazelnuts etc.)
For many years, the essential oils in this blend have been used to induce a state of relaxation that helps in drifting off to sleep.
Put some drops on a handkerchief near your bedside table, or inside the pillow case, and breathe in its aroma throughout the night.
You can also create your own massage oil for your daily routine by adding a few drops to a vegetable oil.
