What's in the box?

You get 1x Clay block containing glow in the dark bones that create the dinosaur of your choice. 2 x Tools to excavate the bones from your block. 1 x DNA Capsule containing strips for the mats. 1 x Dinosaur mat and 1 x ? mat. The app needed to scan the mats is completely free and available on the apple store and Google play.

First start by excavating your dinosaur. Using the tools given you can cut into the block of clay and find dinosaur bones, once constructed you’ll have your very own glow in the dark dinosaur. The fun doesn’t stop there, you will also find a small capsule in your block of clay. This is key to completing the dinosaur DNA to bring your dinosaur to life.

Inside your box you will have 2 square mats, each with a small segment of DNA missing. Once you’ve removed it from the capsule you need to stick it onto the square. You will have one mat with your chosen dinosaur on and another with a question mark on. The question mark is a surprise, it could either be a fiery volcano, a town hit by a huge tornado or a town overshadowed by a huge storm.

Download the free dinocodes app on your phone or tablet (works for either android or apple models) and open it. Lay your mats down on the floor and watch in amazement as the app scans them and the dinosaur appears in front of you! Once you have your dinosaur in front of you, you can tap the screen to make it roar and also change the background to various new environments such as a forest, a TV frame with a dramatic breaking news headline, a desert and other fun locations. You can also join in on the action, stand with the dinosaur and take photos and create your own movie.
