The compact size Gymstick RUN 3.0 treadmill offers a comfortable running feeling and a number of enjoyable features. Running speed can be changed from the quick controls on the handlebars and monitor the exercise progression from the clear LCD display. Cushioned running surface ensures a smooth run while reducing shock strain on the joints. The sturdy frame, armrests and safety key guarantees a safe training. To make the training more challenging you can adjust the incline angle (3 different positions). After training, you can fold the mat up so that it takes only little space when stored. Running effectively develop cardiovascular fitness and tones your muscles.
