Thanks to the unidirectional style of the microphone, your voice will be picked up with high gain which will reduce background noise.
If not in use, you can simply detach the mic and reattach it when needed. The angle of the mic is also flexible and can be set to your preference.

Protective headphone case, finished in matte black, provides anti-shock and anti-scratch protection. It has been designed to match contours of Koto headset to ensure a secure fit.

With upgraded uni-directional microphone KOTO V2 will only pick up sound with high gain from a gamer which will reduce background noise. This is in contrast to omnidirectional microphones, which pick up sound equally from all directions of the microphone.
