Apply morning and night to the desired area of the body, and massage in with circular movements.

Apply depending on the area of the body:

Thighs. Massage upwards from the knees to the thighs in energetic, circular movements.

Buttocks. Apply from the buttocks to the waist in circular movements.

Abdomen. Apply clockwise for the first few minutes, and then counterclockwise.

Arms. Massage upwards from the elbow to the shoulder.

To improve the results, remember to apply twice a day, exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and drink 2 liters of water per day. If you want to boost the anti-cellulite result, exfoliate your skin before applying the gel and after bathing, as the pores will be more dilated and the active ingredients will penetrate the skin better, and therefore be more effective.
