ENERO poles and a bit of willingness are all you need to start practicing Nordic walking, which is a form of active recreation for everyone. It is a discipline that engages up to 90% of the muscles , improves the efficiency of the upper spine, circulation, increases joint mobility, adds energy and helps you lose weight. This sport is also suitable for older people and people with poor physical condition, because it relieves the knee and hip joints , strengthens the back muscles and helps prevent spine pain.
ENERO poles are made of durable 6061 aluminum , which is also very light, so both poles weigh about 480 grams , and the handles are covered with cork , so they fit securely in the hand and do not slip, without burdening the hand. They are 110 cm long , so they will be suitable for height up to 162 cm tall . Comfortable, detachable gloves can be freely adjusted because they are fastened with Velcro.
The set with ENERO poles includes various tips that are suitable for different surfaces. "Shoe" tips are perfect for smooth and hard surfaces, such as asphalt or concrete, because they protect the tip, limiting its abrasion and muffle the sound of tapping on the surface. You also have "plate" tips at your disposal that prevent the poles from digging into soft ground, such as sand or mud.
