Enero poles will meet the expectations of Nordic Walking enthusiasts. Walking with poles will allow individual muscle groups to be more involved. The length adjustment enables optimal adjustment to the height and relieves the spine. The poles are equipped with the Anti Shock system which soothes shocks. Made of rubber material, the ends of "shoes" are responsible for cushioning and reduce the sounds of knocking on the surface, protecting the tip against damage and minimizing its abrasion. They work best on hard, smooth surfaces (asphalt, concrete, pavement). They will ensure stability even on icy surfaces. The ends of the "saucers" limit the sticking of the poles on soft, boggy surfaces, eg mud or sand. Contoured handle with strap and non-slip finish.
