KATANAIMI knives stand out from other kitchen knives with their excellent design and extremely sharp blade. The knives are made according to the experience of sword manufacturers. Each knife is manufactured by experienced professionals in accordance with tradition, the latest technology and excellent quality materials guarantee that each knife produced is a real functional work of art.
The blade is made of 67 layers of Japanese Damascus steel. The middle layer of the blade, the so-called knife blade core, is sharpened at an angle. The knife core is made of Japanese VG-10 steel. VG-10 core steel is hardened to ~ 58 ± 2 HRC hardness, so the Damascus steel kitchen knife will not heal quickly and will undoubtedly serve you for many years and occupy an honorable place in your kitchen.
The VG-10 core is the 67th middle layer, protected by 66 other steel layers, creating not only more fragile core protection but also an exclusive design.
The blade thins evenly into the blade, so you won’t feel any resistance when cutting.
The handle is made of mahogany wood, which is widely known for its incredible strength.
