EUKANUBA Veterinary Diets Weight/Diabetic Control for Dogs is formulated with a low energy density and contains a special carbohydrate and fibre blend that helps to maintain a normal glucose and insulin response after a meal. The carbohydrate blend contains low levels of rapid glucose releasing carbohydrates. The reduced fat level of 8%* aids in achieving and maintaining a healthy body condition, plus L-carnitine helps the oxidation of fat. Weight/Diabetic Control for Dogs should be fed initially for up to 6 months for the regulation of glucose supply (Diabetes mellitus), and for the reduction of excessive body weight then feed until target body weight is achieved. For any extended use please consult your veterinarian. In addition, this formula provides nutrients to support overall health and well-being.
