For heating in the microwave, please observe the following instructions: Heat the pillow without its cover in the microwave in line with the recommended heating times. Shake the heated pillow to distribute the heat evenly. Heating may only be performed on a microwaveable dish, never on metal (e.g. barbecue grill for the microwave) Recommended heating times in the microwave: Microwave power Maximum heating time 600 - 800 watts 90 seconds* 850 - 1,000 watts 60 seconds* 1,050 - 1,200 watts 40 seconds* *Note: The recommended heating times may vary slightly on the basis of different sensitivities to heat. Heating in the oven max. 10 minutes at 80C. If the thermal pillow gets too hot, allow it to cool off accordingly before use. Please note: Before heating, please remove this label from the product. Always observe the stated heating times. Longer times can lead to damage. Always remove the outer cover before heating up. Avoid long periods of direct skin contact. Allow the product to cool before re-using. If children use the heating pads, adult supervision is recommended. Important: Follow the instructions provided here at all times.

2. The outer pad can be washed in accordance with the textile care label
