The Goodyear UltraGrip Performance + 95V 215 / 50R17 XL winter tire with rim protection for cars is a winter tire. Being made of a softer rubber that keeps its properties at low temperatures, winter tires guarantee increased traction and grip in harsh weather conditions, at low temperatures. Their profiles are designed to efficiently disperse water when running on wet roads, while ensuring grip on snow or mud. The slats present on the running gear prevent as much as possible the skating of the wheels on contact with the ice or snow layer.
