Thanks to the sand filling, weight sare flexible enough to easily adapt to the shape of the selected part of the body (wrist, ankle). The set consists of 2 loads of the same weight. Thanks to this, you can practice holding them in both hands, or increase the intensity by translating them into one.
TECHNOLOGY
The inner layer is neoprene, the properties of which additionally affect the body's activity - thanks to raising the body temperature, blood circulation improves. The top layer is made of a dirt-resistant material. Velcro fastening is one of the most durable fasteners. Correctly fastened, it is characterized by very high reliability.
