The device stands out from the rest of the models, both in the brand's offer, and other available on the market recorders, small and compact shape, and above all, the method of fastening. Instead of the traditional suction cup holder, the BP2.5FHD has a special hook attached directly to the glass using the included 3M double-sided tape. This solution allows for more stable mounting of the recorder, lowering the transmission of possible vibrations and minimizing the field of view limitations for the driver of the vehicle. Lens inclination adjustment allows for perfect adjustment of the recording area in vehicles with virtually any inclination angle of the windshield.

The recorder saves the image in Full HD 1080P resolution and has an additional 3 lower quality recording modes. The device records files in MOV / H.264 format and has a loop recording function. The user can choose the length of the saved file from three options: 3 minutes, 5 minutes and 10 minutes. By default, the HDR (High Dynamic Range) option and manual adjustment of the exposure settings allow you to save the optimum image in variable lighting conditions.

BP2.5FHD also has a built-in motion sensor that can be used to start the recording function. The material will be recorded only when the camera detects moving objects in front of the lens. On the other hand, the overload sensor will protect saved files from being deleted or overwritten. In a situation when a collision or sharp braking occurs, the current part of the recording is saved in such a way that its removal is possible only from the position of the computer. Similarly, the SOS function prevents the video from being deleted - however, the user must activate this function manually using the button on the casing.

The recorder has the ability to monitor the vehicle at a standstill. After activating the "Parking monitoring" function, the recorder will automatically start recording after detection of shocks and turn them off after 10 seconds. In order for parking monitoring to work properly, the recorder must have a charged internal battery or be connected to the power supply.

The model also has a camera mode for taking single photos as well as a series of up to 10 photos with a maximum resolution of 12M. Thanks to manual focus, white balance, ISO value and exposure, it is possible to manage the quality of the shot. Both video and photo recordings can be played on the built-in 2 "LCD screen.

The internal microphone and speaker allow you to record and play the sound as well. Using an ultra wide-angle 170o lens with a CMOS sensor, the image can be processed and then saved on optional microSD cards with a maximum capacity of up to 64GB. The user can enter the registration number of the vehicle in which the camera is mounted and place it on the recorded video. The micro USB port allows you to directly connect the recorder to your computer in order to rip recorded files, and the HDMI connection allows you to display them using external, high resolution screens.

BP2.5FHD model can be started manually using the button on the housing or automatically with the ignition in the car. The menu has an option to delay the device off by a maximum of 30 seconds, which allows you to register the image after the user leaves the vehicle.
